Pork Sliders

Miss Sydney's Pork Sliders with Apple Fennel Coleslaw and Spiced Mayo

Ingredients:

  • 8-1 oz. sausage patties
  • Miss Sydney's marinade
  • 8 small burger rolls
  • 1 fennel sliced thin
  • 1 granny smith apple finely diced
  • 1 cup mayo
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbl chili garlic paste

Method:

  1. Form sausage patty into 1 oz. portions & marinate for 2 hours.
  2. Toast burger roll and use a circle cutter to cut 1 size bigger than patties.
  3. Combine apple & fennel with 1/2 cup mayo for slaw and season to taste. Set aside.
  4. Mix together chili paste with mayo and set aside.
  5. When ready to serve, heat patties over low heat in a non-stick skillet.
  6. Assemble just like a burger, sausages on the buns with chili mayo mixture on top and a side of slaw. Enjoy!
